Students create Team Projects that impact their Schools and Communities

Team Directors offers guidance, provide workshops, and apply life-change methods to create an impact on three levels: identifying talent in students, building and improving the engagement of the school.

IDENTITY

Improving School Engagement

After conducting a school-wide Opportunity Survey, Team Directors recruit a Team of students and staff who create a school engagement strategy and build Future Team Projects to implement it, enrolling dozens along the way.

Activating Student Will Power

Team Directors work with hundreds of students throughout the year to experience the power of teamwork, bring talents to life by a collaboration that can be a drive, a new club, a product, or an event.

LEARN AND GROW

Prospective AUDIT

Team Directors use this three-week process—involving numerous interviews and evaluation —to figure out their school’s challenges and opportunities and map an adaptable strategy for impact

1:1 Coaching

Through a well-though-out process of exploration, discussion, an observation, and action plan, Team Directors help students (re)discover their zest, direction, and purpose in one-on-one sessions.

THE TEAM

Team Directors enlist and coach a team of diverse leaders throughout the school in the skills of Team Directing.

BACKSTAGE

Team Directors provide a powerful module of courses—occasionally assisted by guests specialist—to guide students in the 21st century, social-emotional, and project and team-building skills.

ACTION

TEAM PROJECT

Backstage Teams set projects in motion to increase student engagement, improve the climate of their school, and affect relationship amongst students and adults.

BACKSTAGE PROJECT

Backstage Team builds zest-fueled projects, from events to drive to products to clubs, to bring their team-effort to reality.
